I've had my hair braided 3 times and have loved each style I received, the owner is very accommodating and the ladies are very sweet and professional.
Oh my goodness. They were so friendly and accommodating. I have had my hair braided a lot. They did not pull my hair or hurt me one time. Very professional. I found my new spot. I've been looking for a long time. I love my hair.
Made a same day knottless hairstyle appointment and during the entire session the stylist took several breaks to care for her 1 year old child. Unpleasant conversation with owner as she over talked me on the telephone as soon as I began explaining some things I had noticed a day after getting my hairdo. The owner asked me to send her a picture via text regarding any hairstyle problems. After sending a few pictures to the owner she was willing to have me return but indicated repeatedly that her stylish did nothing wrong. I was not happy and only desired a resolution for my hair to be fixed without requesting any amount of the $230.00 plus my tip I had paid her. I never expected to enda conversation so rudely by the owner summarizing things with don't come to the shop because a service was provided happy or not. This business doesn't operate on satisfaction, interested in taking anyone's money. Late arrival and doesn't open as times listed on website.
Just got my medium length kinky twists done today and the service was awesome. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Was in and out in no time but I dont feel like my braider rushed, she was just really good. I'm very pleased with the end result.
Where Do I begin, Tbh they told me 8am and I didn’t start any process until 9:15. There were various miscommunication and they kept informing me that it was my fault. Next the quality of my braiding parts are humungous in the middle and low quality. On day 2 of my braids being in my entire last two rows began to slip out. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend.
I went today 12/27/2019 to get my hair braided. The ladies took really good care of me. I got microbraids, they are absolutely perfect. My head isnt hurting and my braids are very neat. I will definitely be going back in 6 weeks for a touch up. I had the opportunity to meet some really wonderful women today, an opera singer, a real professional dancer (not a stripper). The environment was amazing and full of lively conversations. Great atmosphere!!!!!!
First off I arrived there after speaking with imma to book me for a Tuesday , ( I guess she never booked it , because after the other braider arrived they had no clue I was supposed to be there ) then arrived super late they booked me for 8 am ( the shop doesn’t even open until 8:30a ) nobody showed up until almost 9. Couldn’t get me or my child head done because nobody knew of my appt . Once spoke to the eight person I was informed the person who supposedly booked me was currently out of the country . So unprofessional and they lose out on almost 400 due to the lack of professionalism, there’s more but imma keep it at what I was most disappointed about
First time customer wanting to treat my sister who is autistic to something that would make her feel beautiful so I googled a braiding salon near her. Up came Immas in my search. I set up the appointment which was very easy and headache free. When the day came I was excited because my sister absolutely loved her hair! It was neat, long and beautiful. Its was just what my sister needed to lift her spirits! She doesnt go to salons alot so I was kind of concerned about how comfortable she would be by herself but she said everyone was super nice, made her feel right at home. That's big because too often there are salons where the atmosphere is less than friendly. I would reccomend Immas to anyone looking to have a beautiful hairstyle that will turn heads!
